Kids will have a blast building their own personal drone and learn how to code it. At the end of the camp, kids will be able to take their drones home.
In our ‘NASA Space Jam Camp’ the kids will be using a space station simulation program called Kerbal Space Program 2 to build a NASA-style space station and launch a rocket into outer space and beyond! The kids will learn to gather and assemble the resources needed to build their space station and construct their own virtual rockets that’ll fly (or not!) into outer space! There's a lot of planning, critical thinking, and consideration that goes into getting spaceships to not only leave Earth's atmosphere, but then to navigate the wide unknown of space.
